1 onion, chopped
1/2 kilo (about one pound) ground meat
1 can (800 grams) crushed tomatoes
1 container (260 grams) tomato paste
1/2 T. dried parsley
1/2 T. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. hot pepper flakes
salt and pepper
Saute onion in olive oil. Add meat and brown. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 min.
