Mixed fruit pie:
I just threw this together one day without measuring, the following measurements are approximate. I'll update it if it needs adjustments.
nut crust (I used walnuts this time instead of hazelnuts)
6 cups of ripe unpeeled sliced mixed fruit (I used peaches, nectarines, pears, figs, plums)
1/4 cup agave nectar
1/4-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
slivered almonds.
Prebake crust for ten minutes (in a deep dish pie plate), slice fruit, leaving the peels on. Mix fruit with agave nectar and cinnamon and pour into crust. Sprinkle with slivered almonds.
Bake for about 1 hour, until fruit is bubbling. If the almonds begin to brown too much, cover with foil half way through baking.
