A naturally sugar free banana bread recipe. This cake is very moist.
1 1/2 cups mashed banana
3 c. finely chopped apples
2 c. oat flour*
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. oil**
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Combine ingredients and pour into pan. Bake for 40 minutes.
* Oat flour is just oats ground very finely. You can substitute another kind of flour if necessary.
** You can substitute half of the oil with applesauce, the cake is a little more moist, but good.
